Kahe sisendiga tsentrifugaalventilaatorid, pooltugevdatud seeria, valmistatud galvaniseeritud terasest, kvaliteet Z-275. Vaba väljundvõll rihmülekande jaoks. Sisaldab topeltvõlli otsa ja kuupraami, mis hõlbustab kokkupanekut kaheksas võimalikus asendis.
Ettepoole suunatud tiivik on valmistatud sisseehitatud labadega, mis annab ventilaatorile suure jäikuse ja suure jõudluse. Laagrid on jäigad, isereguleeruvad kuullaagritüübid, suletud ja määritud kogu eluea jooksul.
Väikeseeria konstruktsioon on tehtud külgraamide ja tugiristõlaga ning suurseeria sisaldab kolmnurkse konstruktsiooniga raami ja laagrituge.

RUBBER TYPE ANTIVIBRATION MOUNTS
Rubber type antivibration mounts are supplied as an option in groups of 4 with the necessary screws for their assembly. They are selected taking into account the weight and the RPM of the motor-fan.
SPRING TYPE T+P ANTIVIBRATION MOUNTS
Spring type antivibration mounts are supplied as an option in groups of 4 with the plate and the necessary screws for their assembly. They are selected taking into account the weight and the RPM of the motor-fan.
ANTI-SPARK CONSTRUCTION
Fans are built according to Standard UNE-EN 14986. The anti-spark construction contains inlet guard protection as well as cooper side plates or cooper inlet based on the fan size.
INLET FLANGE (NOT MOUNTED) – S/I
Manufactured in galvanized steel, it is adapted to the inlet of single inlet fans. It is supplied separated, not mounted.

Manufactured in galvanized steel, it is adapted to the inlet of single inlet fans. It is supplied mounted.
OUTLET FLANGE (NOT MOUNTED) – D/I
Manufactured in galvanized steel, it is adapted to the outlet of double inlet fans. It is supplied separated, not mounted.
OUTLET FLANGE (MOUNTED) – D/I
Manufactured in galvanized steel, it is adapted to the outlet of double inlet fans. It is supplied mounted.
OUTLET FLANGE (NOT MOUNTED) – S/I
Manufactured in galvanized steel, it is adapted to the outlet of single inlet fans. It is supplied separated, not mounted.

MOTOR SUPPORT BENCH
Manufactured in galvanized steel, it has a swing bench with a pivot point to facilitate the tightening of the transmission.
SHAFT GUARD – S/I
Galvanized omega-shaped element with bores that allow its cooling, to cover the shaft and bearings of single inlet fans.
FLEXIBLE CONNECTION HM (NOT MOUNTED)
Manufactured in polyester canvas + PVC. It is supplied separated, not mounted. It can be fixed to the air intake front part from one side, and by means of a connection flange in the opposite side.

Manufactured in polyester canvas + PVC. It is supplied mounted on the front part of the motor-fan group. It can be fixed to the air intake front part from one side, and by means of a connection flange in the opposite side.
DRAIN PLUG
Manufactured in brass and placed at the lowest part of the fan to facilitate the drain of the capacitors.
EXTERNAL GREASE NIPPLE
External grease nipple that allows the lubrication of the bearings. Made up of a PVC tube and two connectors at each end.
THREE-SPEED MOTOR
Optionally, the TMD series can be supplied with a three-speed motor, closed motor (IP54), 4 o 6-poles single phase motor, insulation class F, with integrated connections box and stuffing box.
SUPPORT FEET SET
Manufactured in galvanized steel with stamped reinforcements, it is supplied with screws and rubber type antivibration mounts for its assembly.
EPOXY PAINT
Casing, impeller, frame and deflector are finished with a high-durability and resistant EPOXY paint, and a high-performance EPOXY varnish.
SHAFT POINT GUARD
Metal protection painted in epoxy RAL 3000, which prevents the contact with the shaft.
INSPECTION FOOR
Manufactured in galvanized steel with 4 different mounting positions.
SINGLE PHASE SPEED REGULATOR
It controls the speed and torque of the AC motors by converting frequency physical values and mains voltage to infinitely variable magnitudes, while keeping constant the relation between them. Designed for fans with single phase motor.

Manufactured in galvanized steel according to Standard Security Regulation UNE 100250. It is supplied separated, not mounted.

SEALING FOR SHAFT – S/I
Aluminum and special resin discs to prevent the entry of particles or corrosive elements in the single inlet fans.
MOTOR SUPPORT BRACKET
Manufactured in galvanized steel, it enables the motor to be mounted directly on the housing. It is supplied with tensor, rubber protection and screws.
SLIDING MOTOR BASE
Manufactured in galvanized steel, it allows the adjustment of the transmission and the motor. Available in 3 sizes for motors with housing from frame size 63 to 180.
