A UV Meter / UV Tester is a device used to measure UVA and UVB radiation. This precise device operates at wavelengths between 290 and 390 nm. With this UV meter / UV tester, you can measure UVA radiation from the sun or in tanning beds to protect yourself from intense exposure and possible sunburn. In the industrial sector, we often encounter elevated levels of UVA radiation, such as the arc light used in welding. Thanks to its external sensor, the UV meter/UV tester is highly versatile. Other applications include UVA sterilization, photochemical compensation, and use in virology laboratories or DNA research.
