TFV 300 Ex Centrifugal Fan
A robust and powerful fan designed to achieve high pressure in explosion-protected zones.
Thanks to its high airflow rate and high air pressure, the TFV 300 Ex is suitable for a wide range of ventilation applications in Class 2 explosion-protected zones, such as for cleaning tanks, in port facilities, refineries, mines, or silos.
Harsh environments do not affect this high-quality unit, because the centrifugal fan, designed in accordance with the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, is integrated into a robust, powder-coated steel housing with a highly durable two-component paint finish. All desired steel grades are available upon request.
The TFV 300 Ex also impresses with its high air delivery capacity on long air transport routes involving multiple turns and a 40-meter hose reach. Unlike axial fans, this powerful centrifugal fan directs air perpendicular to the impeller axis using the centrifugal principle, in which air is forced outward and compressed within a conical housing.
TFV 300 Ex switches, cables, and plugs are approved for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Suitable connectors, approved for use in Zones 1, 2, 21, and 22, are also available for extending connections.
In addition to the standard frameless version, the TFV 300 Ex is also available as an option, as shown, including an additional galvanized steel frame with sturdy transport rollers, forklift slots, and crane lifting corners. The transport frame offers you maximum mobility and is ideal for use in frequently changing locations.
Connector for use in explosion-protected zones
Special connectors are available as optional accessories for explosion-proof TFV models in explosion-protected zones.
The adapter connections are approved for use in Zones 1 and 2 (gas explosion protection) and Zones 21 and 22 (dust explosion protection).
