The forward-curved impeller is manufactured with integrated blades, which give the fan high rigidity and high performance. The bearings are rigid, self-aligning ball bearings, sealed and lubricated for the entire service life
The small-series design features support frames and a support crossbeam, while the large-series design includes a structural frame and bearing supports.
TDA double-inlet centrifugal fans are manufactured from galvanized steel, grade Z-275, and are designed for belt drive with a free-running output shaft. The double-shaft end is designed to facilitate assembly in eight possible orientations. The forward-curved impeller features a ribbed design that provides the fan with high rigidity and high performance. The bearings are rigid, self-aligning ball bearings, sealed and lubricated for the entire service life. TDA fans, designed for low and medium pressures, are manufactured in three designs (series) depending on the application range: Light (L), Semi-Reinforced (SR), and Reinforced (R). To complement the selection, double-row impellers (tandem) are available for the light, semi-reinforced, and reinforced series, and triple-row impellers are available only for the reinforced series. The TDA model range includes twenty sizes, from 7/7 to 30/28, one of the most comprehensive ranges on the market, capable of handling airflow rates up to 162,400 m³/h and total pressures up to 1,420 Pa. They cover a temperature range from -20°C to 80°C or 110°C, depending on the series.

RUBBER-TYPE ANTI-VIBRATION MOUNTS
Rubber-type vibration-damping mounts are supplied as optional accessories in sets of four, along with the screws needed to install them. They are selected based on the weight and rotational speed of the motor fan.

FIRE-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION
The fans are manufactured in accordance with the UNE-EN 14986 standard. The spark-proof design includes an inlet guard, as well as side plates or a cow’s-mouth inlet, depending on the fan size.

Made of galvanized steel, it is designed to fit the outlet of a fan with two inlets. It is delivered fully assembled.

ENGINE MOUNT TENSION
Made of galvanized steel, it features a pivot-mounted swing arm to make it easier to tighten the gearbox.
SHAFT PROTECTION – S/I
A galvanized omega-shaped component with an opening that allows it to cool, covering the shaft and bearings of one of the intake fans.
FLEXIBLE CONNECTION HM (NOT INSTALLED)
Made of polyester mesh + PVC. Supplied separately, not pre-installed. It can be attached to the front of the air intake on one side and secured with a connecting flange on the opposite side.
FLEXIBLE CONNECTION HM (INSTALLED)
Made of polyester mesh + PVC. It is supplied pre-installed on the front of the motor-fan assembly. It can be attached to the front of the air intake on one side and, using a connecting flange, on the opposite side.
DRAIN VALVE
Made of brass and mounted in the lower part of the fan to facilitate the draining of the condensers.
EXTERNAL grease nipple
An external grease nipple used to lubricate bearings. It consists of a PVC tube with two fittings at each end.
THREE-SPEED MOTOR
Optionally, the TMD series can be equipped with a three-speed motor, an enclosed motor (IP54), a 4- or 6-pole single-phase motor, insulation class F, with an integrated junction box and seal box.
SET OF SUPPORT LEGS
Made of galvanized steel with stamped reinforcements, it is equipped with screws and rubber anti-vibration pads.
EPOXY PAINT
The body, propeller, frame, and deflector are finished with a highly durable and resistant epoxy paint and a high-performance epoxy varnish.
SHAFT END PROTECTION
Metal guard painted with RAL 3000 epoxy, which prevents contact with the shaft.

SINGLE-PHASE SPEED CONTROLLER
It controls the speed and torque of AC motors by converting the physical values of frequency and line voltage into infinitely variable quantities, while maintaining a constant ratio between them. Designed for single-phase motor-driven fans.
INPUT CONNECTOR (NOT INSTALLED)
Made of galvanized steel in accordance with the UNE 100250 standard. Supplied separately, not assembled.
INLET VALVE (INSTALLED)
Made of galvanized steel in accordance with the UNE 100250 standard. Supplied fully assembled.
SHAFT SEAL – S/I
Discs made of aluminum and a special resin to prevent particles or corrosive elements from entering the intake fans.
ENGINE SUPPORT CLASS
Made of galvanized steel, this allows the motor to be mounted directly onto the housing. It comes with a tensioner, a rubber guard, and screws.
FLOATING ENGINE MOUNT
Made of galvanized steel, it allows for adjustment of the gearbox and motor. Available in three sizes for motors with frame sizes ranging from 63 to 180.
