Free-running output shaft for belt drive. Includes a double-ended shaft that facilitates assembly in eight possible positions.

The forward-curved impeller is manufactured with integrated blades, which give the fan high rigidity and high performance. The bearings are rigid, self-aligning ball bearings, sealed and lubricated for the entire service life. The four larger sizes include cast iron bearing housings.

The Valgus series allows you to install support legs, a motor mount, or a motor support bracket.

Design Features The range consists of 3 series.

These are indirectly driven fans that are secured using mounting brackets. Available in 11 sizes, from 7/7 to 18/18. These are twin-blade fans that form a single unit with a common shaft. Available in 11 sizes, from 7/7 to 18/18. These are dual-inlet fans with the motor directly connected to the impeller. Available in 9 sizes, from 5/8 to 15/15 (see p. 72). Constructed of galvanized sheet steel (housing, side plates, and deflector). The bearing housings are made of die-cast aluminum. In the T2L series, the rollers are connected to three omega-shaped galvanized sheet steel parts that are riveted to them. They feature pressed-in inlet cones and are joined to the housing via electric spot welding. They also have a row of holes for securing the motor bracket and mounting feet. Installed in the outlet of the roller to prevent potential spin, and manufactured with a special aerodynamic design. Riveted to the side plates and engineered to offer minimal resistance to airflow. It is designed with forward-curved blades and is statically and dynamically perfectly balanced, in accordance with VDI 2060 and Q=6.3 standards. Made of galvanized sheet steel. Specially profiled to ensure high efficiency. The blades extend beyond the plates and are riveted to the side rings. Made of forged steel and riveted to the base plates. It features a slot for securing the shaft via a key and an adjustment screw. Made of steel with an H8 tolerance. Both ends are designed for securing to the pulley using a key. These are rigid, self-aligning ball bearings, sealed and lubricated for life, and mounted on rubber to ensure maximum quiet operation. T2L Series with 3 bearings. Operating temperature: -20°C to +80°C. Made of galvanized sheet steel, comes with screws for installation. The motor mounting bracket allows the motor to be mounted directly on the roller. The delivery also includes screws, a tensioning device, and a rubber guard. The housing is finished with spot welds coated in rust-resistant paint. The shaft is coated with a protective varnish.
