High-capacity industrial vacuum cleaners are machines designed for material handling and pneumatic conveying. Thanks to their immense power, they are capable of transporting powders and solids with various properties over distances of tens or even hundreds of meters and then discharging them through hoppers or separators. For this very reason, they are used as central vacuum units in centralized vacuum systems.
Given their high capacity and storage capacity, they are almost always combined with pre-separation systems and silos, which are occasionally designed and built to meet the end user’s specific needs.

BIEMMEDUE Industrial Vacuum Cleaners: Special Applications
WASTE
This series of industrial vacuum cleaners allows you to use standard trash bags to easily collect and dispose of dust and debris. The collection bag is inserted into the machine’s lower collection drum. When you’re finished using the machine or when the bag is full, the drum can be easily removed from the machine, and the bag containing all the collected material is simply tied, secured, and removed from the machine.
OIL
Specifically designed to separate metal shavings and scrap from lubricants and oils on lathes, CNC machines, and other metalworking equipment. Special accessories, such as oil-resistant hoses and nylon filters that protect the standard filter, safeguard and extend the machine’s service life.
HEAT
Industrial vacuum cleaners recommended for use in the presence of hot particles, such as when cleaning and maintaining stoves, fireplaces, furnaces, and similar equipment. The special flexible hose and accessories can withstand temperatures up to 90°C, as can all internal components of the vacuum cleaner. Using the 40-diameter stove kit allows you to clean stoves with temperatures up to 400°C.
FILTERING
Industrial vacuum cleaners recommended for filtering and removing very fine dust, microscopic particles, and debris from surfaces and the environment. HEPA (H14) filters with a filtration efficiency of 99.995% capture all particles, even the smallest ones as small as 0.3 microns. A permanent-star microfilter with a large filter surface area acts as a pre-filter to provide an additional level of particle removal and protect the HEPA filter.

These vacuum cleaners are essential in environments where static electricity may be present —such as in the presence of flour, cement, ceramic dust, synthetic fabrics, and the like—as they can generate sparks that cause fires and explosions. The entire machine, including filters and accessories, is made of conductive materials and/or is fully grounded.
