PCE-TDS+ 200 SML-ICA Ultrasonic Pipe Flow Meter, including ISO calibration certificate

Ultrasonic pipe flow meter with 32 GB of data storage / measurement range ±32 m/s /
Repeatability ±0.5% of measured value / Various measurement probes / Alarm limits /
2.8-inch LCD screen / suitable for all media

The measurement range of the ultrasonic flowmeter is ±32 m/s. The ultrasonic flowmeter has an accuracy of ±1.5% fs for pipe diameters DN ≥50, and ±3.5% fs for pipe diameters DN <50, and a repeatability of ±0.5% fs, making it a particularly accurate measuring device. An installation aid is available for mounting the ultrasonic flowmeter’s sensors. The installation aid graphically displays the signal quality of the ultrasonic flowmeter. It also graphically indicates whether the ultrasonic flowmeter sensors are at the correct distance from each other. To measure flow rate with the ultrasonic flow meter, the flow velocity, flow rate, and volume are displayed after entering the pipe and environmental specifications. The ultrasonic flow meter displays measured values in many units. For example: m³, l, gal, igl, mgl, cf, bal, ib, and ob.

During measurement, the measured values can be saved using the ultrasonic flowmeter’s data logger function. The start and stop conditions for the ultrasonic flowmeter, as well as the recording interval, can be set within a range of 1 second to 12 hours. The ultrasonic flowmeter’s memory stores all measured values once. The measured values are stored in the ultrasonic flow meter’s 32 GB built-in memory. The ultrasonic flow meter can store up to 10 million measurement points.

The optional software allows you to read the recorded measurement values from the ultrasonic flowmeter. For analysis, the measured values from the ultrasonic flow meter can be displayed in tabular and graphical formats. To further process the measured values from the ultrasonic flow meter, they can be exported in .csv file format. Alternatively, a PDF report can be generated using the software. To simplify operation, the ultrasonic flow meter can be configured via the software. The software also allows for a live view of the measured values from the ultrasonic flow meter.

Two additional thermocouples are required to determine the heat flux using an ultrasonic flowmeter. These are included with the PCE-TDS 200+. The ultrasonic flow meter’s two thermocouples are connected to the flow and return lines of the piping system. Based on the temperature difference and the measured flow velocity, the ultrasonic flow meter can determine the heat quantity. If necessary, the ultrasonic flow meter can simultaneously calculate and display costs per unit of heat during measurement. This is how the ultrasonic flow meter is used, for example, to monitor heating systems.

The LC color display on the ultrasonic flow meter is 2.8 inches and is therefore easy to read.

PCE-TDS 200 S SENSOR
A small sensor pair for pipe diameters DN 15 … 100 / 20 … 108 mm. Particularly suitable for small pipes. The sensors are exceptionally compact, measuring 45 x 30 x 30 mm, and have a temperature range of -30 to 160 °C. Thanks to magnets on the underside, the sensors can be mounted on ferrous metals. In addition, the ultrasonic flowmeter sensors can be connected to the pipe using detachable cable clamps.

PCE-TDS 200 M SENSOR
Medium-sized sensor pair for pipe diameters DN 50 … 700 / 57 … 720 mm. Suitable for measuring flow in medium-sized pipes. The ultrasonic flowmeter sensors have built-in magnets that allow them to be attached to black pipes. Alternatively, the sensors can be attached to the pipe using removable cable ties. The temperature range is -30 to 160 °C.

PCE-TDS 200 L SENSOR
Large sensor pair for pipe diameters DN 300 … 6000. 6000. Therefore, this sensor pair is particularly suitable for large pipes. The sensors can be attached to the Clamp-on Ultrasonic Flow Meter using detachable cable ties. Thanks to built-in magnets, the sensors can be attached to ferrous metal pipes. The sensors measure 91 x 52 x 44 mm.
