PCE-CRM 40 Chroma Meter

PCE-CRM 40 LED Spectrometer
Measurement range up to 150,000 lx / Measures correlated color temperature (CCT) / Standard chromaticity diagrams according to CIE 1931 and CIE 1976 / Displays wavelength / Displays tristimulus and RGB values / Includes a USB interface, cable, and computer software

The PCE-CRM 40 LED spectrometer or spectrophotometer can be used to determine key photometric parameters in the field of light measurement. These include the XYZ tristimulus values, the u’ and v’ color coordinates according to the CIE 1976 standard, and the xy color coordinates according to the CIE 1931 standard. In addition, supplementary color statistics are measured as absolute values and differences. The user can specify the dominant wavelength within the spectrophotometer’s sensitivity range of 360–780 nm, as well as the color density (Pe) and the correlated color temperature (CCT) in kelvins.

The spectrophotometer can also measure luminance in lux (lx) or foot-candles (fcd) and luminous flux in lumens (lm), as well as display the position of colors in the RGB color space. Thanks to its ergonomic one-handed operation, large display, memory, data interface, and software, the spectrophotometer allows for quick measurements, and the results are reproducible. Test results can be saved using the software. Its specifications make the spectrophotometer ideally suited for classifying and optimizing lighting equipment and conditions in various fields of application.
