EXPLOSION-PROOF PORTABLE FAN FOR POTENTIALLY EXPLOSIVE AREAS
The HEYLO ComPact 1500 EX is a portable industrial ventilation fan designed specifically for use in potentially explosive areas, such as when cleaning fuel, oil, and gas tanks, as well as during repair and maintenance work on gas station sumps.
This fan helps prevent the buildup of gases, vapors, and mist, and prevents the formation of explosive atmospheres and oxygen depletion. It helps safely and quickly extract hazardous gases.
The HEYLO ComPact 1500 EX ventilation fan features a lightweight and compact design, making it easy to transport from one worksite to another. It has a durable ABS-carbon plastic housing that withstands demanding on-site conditions and grounds the unit to the floor to prevent static charges and dangerous sparks. The housing and motor seal provide IP55 protection against dust and water.
When used in potentially explosive areas, the HEYLO ComPact 1500 EX must be used in conjunction with approved antistatic ventilation hoses to ensure safe operation. We offer a duct canister as an accessory, which contains 7.6 m of antistatic ducting (diameter 205 mm). The canister attaches quickly and easily to the fan and ensures safe transport and storage of the duct hose.

Maximum airflow 1195 m³/h: This compact fan features a powerful motor and an efficient axial fan capable of delivering an excellent airflow rate for its size at a pressure of 195 Pa, pushing air up to 15 m away.
High-quality axial fan: This durable fan can blow air out or extract it. It withstands heavy-duty use and is ideal for challenging industrial environments.
Sturdy ABS-carbon fiber body: It conducts static electricity to the floor to prevent static buildup and dangerous sparks. It also provides excellent protection against impacts and shocks.
