HC MultiQube HEPA Filter
As with Trotec microfilters, the MultiQube HEPA HC filter has been specifically designed and developed for use with WA water separators and VE compressors as part of the Trotec filter chain.
The MultiQube HEPA filter system consists of two modules: a durable filter housing made of easy-to-maintain synthetic material in the form of a two-part chassis, featuring two practical quick-connect fittings and a filter element that must be replaced at the end of the product’s service life. A second filter element is included in the package.
Trotec HEPA filter elements meet the requirements for H13-class filters as specified in DIN EN 1822-1 and achieve a nominal efficiency of 99.97% for particles as small as 0.3 micrometers >!
HEPA filter elements with a filter area of 3 m² and a nominal air flow rate of 250 m³/h nominal air flow rate are ideally suited to the technical specifications of VE compressor vacuum turbines and have performance reserves for combined operation with up to two VE 4 MultiQubeor one VE 6.

Contaminated HEPA filters not only pose a real danger—as they can contaminate the surrounding air—but they also prolong the drying time and can cause the compressor turbines to overheat!
The new HEPA HC filter, with its innovative HepaControl status display, offers greater safety and more active protection against pollution than passive HEPA filter systems:
If the filter elements are worn out and the filter’s efficiency is too low, the HepaControl warning light comes on to alert the user that the filter element needs to be replaced.
HepaControl does not require an additional power source, as the bright LED warning light is powered by a powerful, built-in, long-life battery.
