Versions:
- The BAS-T downward-facing fume hood is recommended for non-intensive use and for handling small amounts of dust, vapors, and solvents.
- BAS-T models with II3GD ATEX marking are built with electrical components that comply with the ATEX directives for zones G2-D22. They can be used in potentially explosive areas where explosive dust or gases are present. They are certified for Category 3GD.
The table ensures maximum safety by providing suction capacity from both the bottom and the front, effectively removing contaminants. Available in various sizes ranging from 1 meter to 3 meters, contaminants are filtered through a two-stage system consisting of a pre-filter and a rigid filter bag. For fine and hazardous dust, additional filtration stages can be added using HEPA filters or activated carbon filters to remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs) commonly found in bonding processes.
