Biemmedue TH Stationary Industrial Vacuum Cleaner 1.1–3 kW 75–97 l/s 225–314 mbar

Biemmedue TH Stationary Industrial Vacuum Cleaner

Biemmedue vacuum cleaners are essential in environments where static electricity may be present, such as in the presence of flour, cement, ceramic dust, synthetic fabrics, and the like, which can generate sparks that lead to fires and explosions, thereby providing a safer and more comfortable working environment.

Biemmedue vacuum cleaners are recommended for use in the presence of hot particles, such as when cleaning and maintaining stoves, fireplaces, ovens, and similar appliances. The special hose and accessories can withstand temperatures up to 90 °C. All internal components of the vacuum cleaner that come into contact with hot particles are designed to withstand high temperatures. Using the stove kit allows you to clean stoves at temperatures up to 400 °C.

The Biemmedue TH stationary industrial vacuum cleaner, designed for continuous operation, is equipped with a powerful turbine motor built according to the side-channel principle: The intake air, forced along a spiral path by a specific impeller, undergoes repeated accelerations, enabling the achievement of high pressure and vacuum levels. The impeller is mounted directly on the motor shaft, and all rotating parts are dynamically balanced, thereby ensuring the complete absence of vibration.

BIEMMEDUE INDUSTRIAL VACUUM CLEANERS

Excellent vacuum cleaner performance, durable construction, filtration efficiency, and an easy-to-use tank replacement system: these are the guiding principles that Biemmedue follows in the design and manufacture of its industrial vacuum cleaner series.

The use of vacuum turbines in the construction of industrial vacuum cleaners allows for continuous operation of the vacuum cleaner. These vacuum turbines are designed according to the specific principle of side channels: the impeller moves the vacuum air along a predetermined spiral path, creating numerous air accelerations and generating significant pressure and vacuum. The impeller is mounted directly above the motor shaft, and all rotating parts are dynamically balanced, eliminating any vibration. Turbines are either single-stage (one impeller) or two-stage (two impellers).

Single-stage vs. two-stage turbine operating in parallel or in series. The choice depends largely on the required power, size constraints, and application requirements. The advantage of a single-stage turbine is its compact size, making it suitable for small- or medium-capacity compact dust collectors. For all applications requiring a higher airflow, a parallel two-stage turbine is recommended, as it provides twice the airflow of a single-stage turbine. In contrast, a two-stage series turbine has similar airflow values to a single-stage turbine but twice the vacuum.

Higher Airflow vs. Higher Vacuum

A higher airflow is more effective for transporting dust and waste over longer distances and through pipes.

In addition, a higher airflow is recommended for removing large amounts of dust and light materials, while a deeper cavity is required to remove heavier particles and any material with a higher specific gravity in order to overcome the force of gravity.

Filters In industrial vacuum applications, the choice of filter plays a crucial role in meeting the requirements of various cleaning applications.

The selection of accessories depends largely on the specific applications. For this reason, Biemmedue is committed to offering a wide range of available accessories, which we invite you to explore. In addition, to make it easier to select industrial vacuum cleaners for specific purposes and environments, we have identified the most common applications and packaged and coded the necessary configurations into a convenient “APPS” system (special application systems—see 2024 CATALOG AND ACCESSORIES – CATALOG Accessories—pp. 212–216), which can be ordered together with most of our industrial vacuum cleaners.
