The antibacterial properties of silver eliminate bacteria in the water; silver (such as silver coins) has been used for centuries to purify and sterilize water. The Bio Silver Stone releases silver ions into the water, where they inhibit bacterial growth. The Bio Silver Stone fits into the reservoir of the Airbi air washer.
