Aerauliqa QXD High-End Exhaust Fan
Versions:
QXD – Standard – The fan is controlled via a special ON/OFF switch.
QXD T – timer – The fan is equipped with a timer that can be set within a range of ± 1′ to 25sec’. Operation: After being turned off, the fan continues to run for the preset time.
QXD HT – humidity control/time – Hygrostat and timer. The fan is equipped with electronics that include a built-in humidity sensor (adjustable from 50% to 95%
RH) and a timer that can be set within a range of ± 1′ to 25′. Operation: When the RH% is higher or lower than the preset threshold, the fan automatically turns on
or off. After turning off, the fan resumes operation according to the preset for the set duration.
Optional equipment:
- TAIMER Electronic timer, 230V, maximum load 2A
- SEN-HY – controls humidity and time
- REL-1A – controls the device’s speed
A quiet centrifugal exhaust fan suitable for removing stagnant air from small to medium-sized rooms, such as restrooms and bathrooms in homes, hotels, and offices. Designed to overcome the resistance of long duct systems, these fans are suitable for recessed installation and simultaneously remove odors and steam from both the surrounding environment and the restroom or adjacent rooms. The housing is made of high-quality ABS and polystyrene, ensuring a long service life. It features a two-speed asynchronous motor, fully enclosed type, with built-in thermal protection.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS OF THE
Protection rating: IPX4. The aesthetically pleasing, flat front panel, designed for modern interiors, is easily removable for maintenance. Universal 75 mm diameter outlet, which can be positioned at the top, bottom, right, or left. Additional side intake opening Ø50 mm (standard equipment) for secondary exhaust from adjacent rooms. Internal filter to protect the impeller and motor. It features a backdraft damper. Built-in sound-insulating foam for acoustic comfort. Fully recyclable plastic components; environmentally friendly. Tested in accordance with the latest standards: the units have been tested by TÜV Rheinland, which means accurate and up-to-date information on electrical safety, performance, and noise levels.
Aerauliqa QXD ventilation fans feature a designed, easily removable and cleanable front panel, sound insulation , and a cleanable filter that protects the fan. Thanks to their recessed design, they protrude minimally from the wall surface.
Thanks to the built-in butterfly valve, unwanted backflow can be prevented, which is particularly useful in restrooms and ventilation systems with multiple users (e.g., standard systems in apartment buildings).
The fan has a side duct connection that can be installed on a ventilation duct system with one 80-mm-diameter duct, as well as one 50-mm-diameter duct, which provides secondary exhaust. This connection method allows odors to be removed directly through the toilet bowl while simultaneously ventilating the room with the fan, and it can be easily attached to the fan housing.
Special maintenance-free roller bearings, designed for 30,000 operating hours, are suitable for both intermittent and continuous operation.
Thanks to its highly efficient radially designed impeller, it is also suitable for ventilation through longer sections of ductwork.
Timer function: Allows the fan to be turned off after a delay. The desired post-ventilation time can be adjusted in increments from 1 to 25 minutes. This function can be particularly useful for ventilating restrooms or bathrooms combined with a restroom.
Hygrometric Function: The built-in humidity sensor ensures automatic ventilation when the humidity in the room exceeds the set threshold. This threshold can be adjusted as needed between 50% and 95% relative humidity.
