IDE 80 Direct-Fired Heat Blower, 80 kW
A large volume of hot air at a budget-friendly, low price—this successful IDE series concept also includes its current flagship model. With 80 kW of heating capacity, the IDE 80 oil-fired fan sets new standards both in its class and for heating applications on construction sites, in workshops, in halls, and in agriculture.
As an indirectly fired oil-fired fan heater, the IDE 80 can be used flexibly to heat enclosed spaces when equipped with the optional flue gas outlet. The IDE 80 runs on either diesel fuel or heating oil, and a high-quality Danfoss injection pump regulates the continuous fuel supply to the stainless steel combustion chamber.
In addition, other advantages of the device include an easily accessible external fuel filter and a convenient way to check the fuel level using the level indicator built into the tank.
The temperature is controlled via a built-in thermostat with a digital dual display showing the setpoint and the actual value. If the oil heater’s fan is not located directly in the area to be heated, an external thermostat with a 25-meter connection cable is available as an optional accessory.
Of course, the fan on the IDE 80 oil-fired heater is also ideally suited for outdoor heating—its smooth-running cart design, complete with cable connectors and a built-in fuel tank, along with a wear-resistant housing made of double-layered material, makes this oil-fired heater fan both mobile and weather-resistantetc.
Here are a few practical benefits, in brief:
- A particularly economical solution for standard oil heating
- Integrated fuel tank with fuel level indicator
- Electronic Fire Protection
- Overheating Protection
- Stainless steel combustion chamber
- Integrated thermostat with two displays for actual and setpoint values
- Connection for an external thermostat
- To easily change the chassis position
