Touchscreen Control Panel

The Qube+ insulation drying unit offers convenient touch-based operation. No controller, no wear and tear. To configure your Qube+, simply give the corresponding symbol a light touch.

In addition to the plus/minus buttons for quickly selecting the desired performance level, the control panel also includes functions for an additional whisper mode and for displaying a combined total of energy consumption and operating hours.

Optiflow NT Multifunctional Display

Trotec Qube Insulation Layer Dryer + Optiflow NT Multifunctional Display: The Optiflow NT multifunctional display not only shows the current operating status and volumetric flow rate in plain text —even in the dark or from a distance—but the color of the display’s backlight also automatically indicates how effectively the drying air is flowing through your insulation layer.

Green indicates optimal airflow; orange indicates thresholds; and when the red LED is lit, the airflow speed is insufficient for the area, so the installation needs to be optimized for faster drying.

Night Mode – Silent Mode

In Whisper mode, the Qube+ is exceptionally quiet yet highly efficient. Noise reduction is not achieved simply by reducing power, but by adjusting the power to the optimal airflow for the second power level, with a noise-optimized focus.

Once activated, Qube+ operates quietly for ten hours and then automatically reverts to the previously selected power setting. This is very convenient for customers who need the background noise reduced to a minimum for a short period of time.

Thermal protection function with sensor support

The integrated sensor system monitors the internal air temperature of the Qube+ and automatically switches from the current level to level 1 before destructive environmental conditions exceeding 45 °C, which cause material stress and thus shorten the Qube+’s service life.

Temperature monitoring continues, and Qube+ automatically returns to normal operation once the temperature drops again. However, if the temperature remains at a critical level for too long, the device will shut down completely for safety reasons.

This protection not only significantly extends the service life of your desiccant dehumidifiers and air dehumidifiers, but also prevents thermal damage to the materials in the room and the building’s structure.
