A naturally effective cooling principle

Unlike air conditioners, air coolers do not use chemical refrigerants. The cooling process occurs entirely naturally, and there is no need for a drain hose or complicated installation.

A portable air cooler operates on the principle of natural evaporative cooling. You know this from personal experience: when air blows on damp skin, you feel an immediate cooling effect because the evaporation process draws heat away. It’s the same with air coolers: inside the unit is a filter mat saturated with water. Warm air is directed from the back of the unit through the wet filter mat and cooled by evaporation.
