PVB ATEX Exhaust Fan 5,000–10,000 m³/h
PVB models with II3GD ATEX marking are manufactured using electrical components that comply with ATEX directives for G2-D22 zones. They can be used in potentially explosive areas where explosive dust or gases are present. They are certified for Category 3GD.
The PVB ATEX downward-facing extraction hood is the ideal product for heavy-duty applications that generate dust and fumes. The targeted design of the PVB downward-facing extraction table ensures maximum safety for both the operator and the work environment thanks to its five-sided enclosed design, which guarantees complete extraction of contaminants.
The PVB downward-facing air cleaning table, equipped with one or more cartridge filters, features an integrated automatic cleaning system. This cleaning system is powered by a specially designed compressed air tank, which ensures consistent suction performance and reduces the need for maintenance.
In addition, the PVB hopper is designed to connect to the DustGuard safe dust collection system, which allows the weight and length of the bag to be adjusted as needed, preventing direct contact between fine dust and the operator.
