GHOST 100 ACTIVE Local Ventilation Unit with Heat Recovery
A fan with a heat exchanger, also known as a heat recovery unit. A smart ventilation system designed for wall mounting. The unit is particularly well-suited for locations where there is no conventional centralized ventilation system because there is no space for ductwork.

The device brings fresh air into the room and removes CO2-rich air. This helps when the room is stuffy, humid, or lacks air circulation. At the same time, it retains up to 93% of the heat.
A key advantage:
• In winter, the unit keeps the room warm and prevents very cold air from entering directly.
The incoming air is warmed before it reaches the room.
• In the summer: if the room is cool (for example, if the air conditioner is running)—the unit prevents hot air from entering directly. The heat exchanger maintains the cool temperature and prevents the room from overheating.
The set includes:
• A 500 mm ventilation pipe.
• A remote control for operating the device. (Value: €31.90)
Where does it fit?
- Single-family homes — both older homes without ventilation and newer homes (including energy-efficient Class A homes)
- Vacation homes and summer cottages.
- Apartments (requires the consent of the homeowners’ association).
- Tourism and lodging facilities.
- Offices.
- Laboratories.
- Commercial buildings and their annexes.
How does the device work?
The device operates in two stages:
Stage 1: The fan draws warm air out of the room for 70 seconds. The heat is stored in a ceramic heat exchanger.
Stage 2: The fan reverses direction and blows fresh air from outside into the room for 70 seconds. The air passes through the heat exchanger and is warmed.
After that, the cycle begins again.
With the ACTIVE, WIFI, and APP models, you can choose the airflow direction yourself—for example, so that the fan operates in supply or exhaust mode only—and you can also select the fan speed. You can read more about this in the “Features” section.
ACTIVE version:
If the devices are installed in separate rooms (bedroom, small living room, etc.), there is no need to connect them to each other unless necessary.
Key Features:
• High-quality ceramic heat exchanger (heat recovery efficiency up to 93%).
• The front panel closes when the unit is turned off—preventing cold air from entering.
• Long service life and very low electricity consumption.
• No condensate drain required.
• Operates at temperatures from -30°C to +50°C.
• Minimum wall thickness for installation is 200 mm.
• Maximum wall thickness for installation: up to 3 meters (horizontally).

Operating Modes and Functions
AUTO MODE:
The unit operates automatically based on the humidity and light levels in the room.
• During the day and under normal conditions, it operates at medium speed with heat recovery.
• At night, it operates at the lowest speed and quietly.
• In case of high humidity (if the room is too humid), the unit operates in exhaust mode only:
During the day: average speed
At night: quiet speed
The humidity control mode is activated by the master unit (MASTER) when the humidity exceeds the set threshold—you can choose between 40%, 60%, or 90%.
MANUAL MODE:
The user can select the operating speed. In this mode, the devices operate without sensors.
NIGHT MODE:
The unit operates as quietly and slowly as possible so as not to disturb your sleep. (5 m³/h and 8 dB)
BOOST Function:
When you press the BOOST button on the remote control, all devices will operate at maximum suction for 20 minutes. This helps quickly remove moisture or odors from the room. Afterward, operation resumes in the previously set mode.
FLOW function:
You can choose whether the unit draws air in or expels it.
Filter reminder:
After 3,000 operating hours, the device will alert you that the filter needs to be cleaned. Once maintenance is complete, you can restart the system using the remote control.
Installation Recommendations for the
(The points listed below are in addition to the device’s official manual)
These are simple tips and recommendations to help you install the device correctly. For precise connection and setup, follow the manufacturer’s instructions included with the device or available on our website.
Drill a hole in the wall that is slightly larger than the ventilation pipe (for example, a 100-mm pipe requires a hole of about 112 mm). The hole should be drilled at a slight outward angle (1–2°).
The pipe is cut to fit the thickness of the wall. The pipe is insulated (for example, with Armaflex) and installed inside the wall.
The remaining opening is filled with insulation or sealing foam, such as Makroflex, to ensure that everything is properly sealed.
A 2×0.75 mm² cable is suitable for the electrical connection.

Extension Cord 5M 2×0.75 White 👈
The cable can:
hide it inside the wall (for example, behind a sheet of drywall or by milling a hole in the wall and then covering it up),
There are small areas on the left and right sides of the device’s front panel that can be cut out if necessary. This allows you to conveniently route the cord through them and connect it to the nearest outlet.
All other connections and settings should be made in accordance with the device’s official installation manual.
