MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE

The perfect combustion achieved by the innovative, specialized BM2 burner enables optimal air-diesel mixing, which, combined with the use of a 4-stage combustion chamber, ensures a thermal efficiency of nearly 90%. Thanks to the increased surface area of the heat exchanger, the vapors cool more effectively, thereby generating additional amounts of clean heat.

BURNER

What makes this series unique is the introduction of the special BM2 burner, which is separate from the fan and replaces the traditional burners available on the market (Ecoflam, Riello, Lamborghini, etc.) or integrated systems used in economical machines, where the combustion air is supplied by a motor-driven fan.

RELIABILITY AND SAFETY

EASE OF USE

All models are lightweight and compact, equipped with a handle, a cart, and wheels, and feature an essential and easy-to-use control panel. Thanks to the unique design of the fuel filler, refueling is extremely easy.

COMBUSTION CHAMBER

The combustion chambers are all made of AISI 430 stainless steel with aluminized steel heat exchangers, which ensure better heat exchange with the cooling air, and the use of an innovative four-flue combustion chamber, which increases heat exchange within it. This results in more efficient cooling of the combustion gases, enabling an efficiency of nearly 90%.

CONVEYOR FAN and FAN MOTOR

To make better use of the fan’s dynamic performance, a conveyor has been installed that “intubates” the fan. This also ensures safety during machine maintenance .

ELECTRICAL CABLE SUPPORT

A bracket attached to the body allows the power cord to be coiled up during transport.

All models allow you to drain fuel from the tank using the drain plug.

AIR REGULATION VALVE

Thanks to its wide adjustment range and its precise and functional graduated scale, it is possible to adjust the combustion air flow, thereby ensuring perfect combustion.

SAFETY THERMOSTATS

  • The overheat thermostat is located in the combustion chamber and automatically shuts off the flame if the chamber overheats.
  • Ventilation thermostat: controls when the fan turns on once the combustion chamber is hot enough to prevent cold air from entering the room. Conversely, when the burner is off, it controls the fan’s operating time to cool the combustion chamber and utilize all the heat it has generated.
  • Limit thermostat: Located near the air outlet, it activates when the temperature of the air passing through the combustion chamber exceeds 100°C.

BM2 BURNER

What makes this series unique is the introduction of a special BM2 burner, which replaces the traditional burners available on the market (Ecoflam, Riello, Lamborghini, etc.) or integrated systems used in economical machines, where air from the engine fan provides the combustion air. The use of this specialized system, developed through years of research, enables:

  • Complete separation of the combustion air from that of the combustion chamber cooling fan: the combustion air is directed to the burner head through a flexible hose connected to the burner’s motor-driven fan.
  • Advantages:
    • complete and thorough combustion with a CO (carbon monoxide) level of 0 ppm (parts per million);
    • the ability to control the main fan separately and, therefore, to turn it on automatically so that air is supplied to the room only when the combustion chamber has been sufficiently heated by the burner;
    • Use the machine in applications where only ventilation is required;
    • optimize and adjust the burner to take full advantage of the machine’s technical capabilities.
  • The ability to position the burner components in the optimal position for our applications, both for operation and maintenance.
  • Avoid using features and components that are unnecessary for our applications but are required for standard burners to function.
  • The ability to adjust the burner output depending on the application, without affecting the machine’s optimal combustion.
  • Ensure perfect combustion even with significant changes in altitude.
  • The ability to route combustion air outside the environment where the machine is located (snorkel connection).
  • The ability to operate the machine with long hoses (50 m) both during delivery and at the intake, without any apparent effect on combustion parameters.

WITH PNEUMATIC TIRES

The use of pneumatic wheels with foam-filled tires makes it easy to move the machine even on uneven, snowy, or icy terrain. In addition, the foam prevents the tires from deflating even if punctured.

FUEL CHECK

Diesel fuel supply hoses are made of hydrocarbon-resistant rubber and covered with a reinforcing metal mesh, ensuring greater resistance to harsh climates and greater mechanical resistance to cuts and crushing. In addition, these hoses allow for the safe attachment of the diesel pump, tank, and filter using high-pressure crimped fittings.

TECHNOLOGY

The combustion technology is based on the use of a professional burner, which consists of a fan, a high-capacity diesel filter, a fuel pump, a nozzle, an ignition transformer, and a pair of electrodes.
This makes it possible even under the worst conditions:

  • reliable ignition even in dusty and humid environments without the risk of clogging the air filters;
  • a steady supply of heat, even when there is very little fuel left in the tank;
  • pre-ventilation for flushing the combustion chamber;
  • post-combustion ventilation to cool the combustion chamber;
  • the option to connect to a thermostat, humidifier, or timer.
