High-Steamer Industrial Steam Generator 18–48 kW

The High-Steamer is an industrial steam generator available in capacities ranging from 18 kW to 48 kW; It features a stainless steel boiler, which ranges from 24 liters for generators with a capacity of 18 to 24 kW to 51 liters for generators with a capacity of 36 to 48 kW. These substantial capacities enable a continuous supply of large volumes of steam.

The following High-Steamer steam generator models are available:

• High-Steamer 18 kW with a 24-liter boiler;
• High-Steamer 24 kW with a 24-liter boiler;
• High-Steamer 36 kW with a 51-liter boiler;
• High-Steamer 48 kW with a 51-liter boiler;

Stainless steel boiler: reliability and safety over time; since it is made of stainless steel, no rust forms inside the boiler, and therefore the steam comes out free of impurities.

Unlimited autonomy: The High-Steamer offers a direct connection to the water supply to ensure unlimited autonomy for the steam supply

Steam pressure: The High-Steamer steam generator has a pressure of 10 bar, adjustable down to 6 bar.

Hot water or detergent injection module: With its dual-pump system, it ensures a continuous supply of hot water.

Control panel and buttons: There is a main power switch, two switches for activating the two heating elements, two green lights that indicate when steam is ready, a pressure gauge, and a steam control knob.

The High-Steamer is a high-performance steam generator that is ideal for a variety of sectors, such as the mechanical engineering industry for washing and degreasing sheets and rolls, or, when used with the Evo Plus kit, for cleaning and treating surfaces in the food industry. It is often combined with an automatic or manual belt washing system for cleaning Intralox belts.
