FRAL FSW63 Pool Dehumidifier, 600 m³/h, 63 L/24h

The Fral FSW series of fixed air dryers are high-performance units that can be used in a variety of applications. They are particularly well-suited for removing moisture in swimming pool environments, as they are resistant to chlorine-induced corrosion. They feature a high-efficiency polyurethane air filter that is washable and easy to replace, as well as the option for direct drainage. If desired, a condensate lift pump can be installed, allowing condensate to be pumped up to 3.5 meters above the unit’s installation level. Fral’s FSW series of fixed air dryers can be equipped with electric heating elements or a hot-water coil for heating. Their elegant design makes them particularly suitable for installation in special environments, such as libraries and offices.

AIR DRYER HOUSING

All FSW equipment is made of galvanized sheet metal coated with enameled 180°C polyurethane powder to ensure optimal resistance to atmospheric conditions.

REFRIGERANT

The refrigerant used in these units is R410a. The refrigeration circuit is designed in accordance with ISO 97/23 welding procedures and PED regulations.
The refrigerant circuit includes:
• a desiccant filter.
• a Schrader valve for maintenance and control.
• a capillary tube expansion.
• a compressor.
• a condenser and evaporator made of copper tubing with aluminum fins

MICROPROCESSOR

The microprocessor controls all of the machine’s functions, such as: general operation, the automatic defrosting system, alarms, and humidity and temperature control (temperature control is available only on the version of the machine with a hot-water coil).

CONTROL PANEL

The electrical panel complies with the electromagnetic compatibility standards (2004/108 EEC) and the electrical safety regulations for low-voltage equipment (2006/95 EEC).

Installation must comply with applicable safety regulations and laws. If necessary, have a fire extinguisher on hand.

TESTING

Tests are conducted to check the tightness of the refrigeration circuit. Electrical insulation tests and functional tests are also performed.

This dehumidifier complies with the essential requirements set forth in European Community Directive 2006/95/EC of December 12, 2006, on the safety of low-voltage electrical equipment; 2004/108/EC of December 15, 2004, on electromagnetic compatibility; and 2006/42/EC of May 17, 2006, on machinery safety. Conformity is declared with reference to the following harmonized technical standards: CEI-EN 60335-2-40, CEI-EN 55014-1, CEI-EN 55014-2. We also confirm that the product has been manufactured in accordance with the applicable RoHS Directive, i.e., 2002/95/EC, which was transposed by Legislative Decree No. 151 of July 25, 2005 (Article 5).
