Heylo PENETROX \u2013 Oxidizing Disinfectant<\/span><\/h2>\n

Penetrox eliminates mold and fungi in wooden structures and insulation materials, as well as the odors they cause. Penetrox is a solution of hydrogen peroxide and organic peroxide. Together, these cause intense oxidation and disinfection. The product has high penetrating power, penetrates deep into porous materials, and exerts its effect there. Unlike other oxidizing agents, such as ozone or hydrogen peroxide, Penetrox has a long-lasting effect that can last up to several weeks. This makes it ideal for removing mold and fungi from porous materials, especially mineral wool or wood. <\/span><\/p>\n

Available in a 5-liter canister or as a set of 4 (5 liters each).<\/span><\/p>\n

Penetrox can also be used to eliminate bacteria and viruses. Testing in accordance with the DIN EN 14476 standard confirms the product\u2019s virucidal effect. <\/span><\/p>\n

\nFor superficial, visible mold infestations, ODOX and ALRON CITROX are suitable products. However, as soon as the mold has grown through the wallpaper and the plaster is also damaged, use PENETROX. It is a stabilized product and is suitable for absorbent surfaces. However, depending on the depth of penetration or the material, it may be necessary to remove and dismantle the affected area. <\/span><\/p>\n

Which active ingredient is suitable for treating wood against mold?<\/span><\/strong>
\nFor wood, PENETROX is the standard treatment. PENETROX is stabilized, penetrates the surface, and thus has a deep-penetrating effect. However, if mold has grown very deep into the wood, the treatment must be reapplied. <\/span><\/p>\n

What is the difference between PENETROX and MAXOX-DF?<\/span><\/strong>
\nPENETROX and MAXOX-DF have nearly identical compositions. PENETROX is suitable for surface treatment, while MAXOX-DF is intended for large spaces. PENETROX can be applied with a brush, spray bottle, or ULV sprayer. MAXOX-DF, on the other hand, can only be applied using a thermal or pulse-jet fogger. <\/span><\/p>\n

Can we spray vehicles, rooms, etc., with PENETROX without hesitation and use them again after a short while? Or do we need to cover upholstery, floors, etc., beforehand and then wipe them down completely afterward (also considering the bleaching effect)? \nWe recommend fogging your vehicles and business premises with MAXOX-DF and wiping down relevant surfaces, such as door handles, counters, or tables, with ALRON CITROX or PENETROX. With MAXOX-DF, you don\u2019t have to worry about bleaching. You cannot fog with PENETROX; use only an ULV sprayer or a manual wiping method. The risk of bleaching textiles cannot be ruled out. Bleaching is less of an issue during wiping because the surfaces are wiped down again, so no high concentration of the product remains on the object. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
