This was already a thing of the past with the previous model, because the Trotec VX 5\u2019s unique adaptronic power control makes thinking in terms of equipment classes practically unnecessary: <\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The VX 5 three-stage controllable turbo motor reaches up to 20,000 revolutions per minute and ensures maximum efficiency at every power level, because the integrated HiDry automatic system continuously monitors the air flow in m\u00b3 and automatically adjusts the unit to the optimal airflow velocity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">All it takes is the push of a button to switch the device to a higher performance class or, if necessary, to the optional whisper mode.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Energy consumption optimized for performance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Unlike the turbines in conventional side-channel compressors, the performance and energy consumption of the VX 5 MultiQube turbo motor are always directly correlated:<\/p>\n<p>When the power level is reduced or the back pressure decreases, energy consumption decreases proportionally. rate, thereby automatically ensuring the most efficient performance setting at every stage of the drying process.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Similar to a car&#8217;s &#8220;cruise control,&#8221; the sensor-supported HiDry automatic system continuously and dynamically adjusts the VX 5&#8217;s volumetric flow performance to the optimal level preset for the corresponding performance level.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">At the beginning of the drying process, when the resistance is still relatively high, more motor power is required to maintain the volumetric flow rate; as drying progresses, the
