The Trotec BZ 30 is a CO\u2082 (carbon dioxide) air quality meter that also displays the temperature and humidity levels in the room<\/h2>\n

The Trotec BZ 30 is a CO\u2082 air quality monitor\u2014ideal for monitoring air quality at home, in work, living, or classroom spaces, in gyms, daycare centers, offices, and production facilities. It\u2019s also a great tool for architects and HVAC technicians. <\/p>\n

The BZ 30 carbon dioxide meter measures carbon dioxide concentration, air temperature, and humidity, and stores up to 50,000 measured values in its memory. The measurement interval can be set to any value between 1 second and 12 hours. <\/p>\n

The device can be connected to a computer via a USB cable, and the included software analyzes the stored data.<\/p>\n

Breathing in air with a high concentration of carbon dioxide can cause a sour taste in the mouth and a stinging sensation in the nose and throat. This sensation can also occur when suppressing a sneeze or after drinking a carbonated beverage. <\/p>\n

The atmosphere<\/a> is the Earth\u2019s largest reservoir of carbon dioxide and plays a very important role in the global carbon cycle<\/a>. The atmosphere consists of 0.04%CO2<\/sub>, which amounts to approximately 720 gigatons by volume. Atmospheric carbon is a major contributor to the greenhouse effect<\/a> and causes changes in the global climate<\/a>. Since the Industrial Revolution<\/a>, the concentrationof CO2<\/sub> in the atmosphere has risen from 280 ppm<\/a> to 400 ppm. <\/p>\n
