Biocool air coolers are an energy-efficient and economical alternative. By turning water into water vapor, heat is extracted from the air, providing an effective cooling effect. Humid air has a greater cooling effect\u2014similar to the way the skin sweats\u2014which is why a large part of the cooling effect comes from the \u201cwind chill\u201d factor. Although the air blown out by the unit is cooled by only a few degrees, this principle makes the cooling effect feel much greater and provides significant relief at high temperatures.   <\/p>\n<p>The air cooler can be used both indoors and outdoors.
