The photometer is designed to measure the brightness of self-illuminating surfaces, such as monitor matrices, television screens, negatoscopes, reading panels, etc., such as monitor matrices, televisions, negatoscopes, reading panels, etc. The photometer ensures accurate measurements regardless of the spatial distribution of the measured brightness or the backlighting of the surface being tested.
