DESIGN<\/span><\/span><\/td>\nENGINES<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The housing is made of steel plates with a polymer coating. <\/span><\/span>The front panel provides convenient access for filter maintenance and features a lock for added security. <\/span><\/span>The unit has two \u00d8 100 mm pipes for fresh air intake and stale air exhaust. A third \u00d8 100 mm duct (included in the delivery) can be additionally installed on the unit to connect to the exhaust duct leading out of the bathroom. <\/span><\/span>Versions with integrated preheaters and post-heaters are available for cold-climate applications.<\/span><\/span><\/td>\nThe units feature efficient electronically commutated (EC) motors with an external rotor and impellers with forward-curved blades. These state-of-the-art motors represent the most advanced solution in energy efficiency today. <\/span><\/span>EC motors are characterized by high performance and optimal control across the entire speed range. In addition, the efficiency of electronically commutated motors reaches a very impressive level<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The unit is equipped with supply and exhaust air dampers that activate automatically to prevent drafts when the unit is turned off. HEAT RECOVERY OPERATING MODE
\nCold outdoor air passes through the filters and heat exchanger and is then delivered into the space to be heated by a supply centrifugal fan.
\nWarm, stagnant air from the interior passes through the filter and heat exchanger, and is then expelled by the centrifugal fan.
\nThe supply and exhaust airflows are completely separated, which helps prevent the spread of odors or microbes between them. <\/p>\n

The supply and exhaust air dampers are closed, and the recirculation damper is open. The air in the room circulates through the filters. It is then returned to the room, purified. <\/p>\n

G4 and F7 filters are used to clean the supply air. To meet stricter air purity requirements, the F7 filter can be replaced with an H13 filter (sold separately). Exhaust air is filtered by a G4 panel filter. <\/p>\n

    The
    \nFreshbox 200 ERV WiFi features an exhaust air temperature sensor located after the heat exchanger, which turns off the supply air fan so that the warm exhaust air can heat the heat exchanger. The supply fan then turns on, and the unit returns to normal operation. <\/p>\n

    The Freshbox E-200 ERV WiFi and Freshbox E2-200 ERV WiFi are equipped with freeze protection provided by an electric preheater.<\/p>\n

    HEAT AND ENERGY RECOVERY
    \nThe unit is equipped with a counterflow energy recovery core containing an enthalpy membrane.<\/p>\n

    During the cold season, heat and moisture from the exhaust air are transferred through the enthalpy membrane into the supply air stream, reducing heat loss caused by ventilation.
    \nConversely, during the warm season, heat and moisture from the supply air are transferred through the enthalpy membrane into the exhaust air stream. This allows the supply air temperature and humidity to be significantly reduced, which in turn reduces the load on the HVAC system.
    \nCONTROL
    \nThe unit is equipped with a control panel. The remote control comes standard with Wi-Fi connectivity.
